Q: What is a CSA subscription?

?A: CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Our Beef CSA Subscription gives you monthly deliveries of high-quality, regeneratively raised, grass-fed beef. Each month, you?ll receive a mix of cuts like ground beef, steaks, and roasts.

Q: What?s included in the monthly subscription?

A: Each month, you?ll receive approximately 18 lbs of 100% grass-fed beef, including:

8 lbs of ground beef
2 lbs of steaks (varied cuts like sirloin, ribeye, t-bone)
8 lbs of rotating cuts (roast, stew meat, or fajita strips)
Monthly recipe cards and meal ideas to help you feel confident in feeding your family nutritious meals
Plus expect a seasonal surprise from the farm!

In fall months, you?ll also receive 2?3 lbs of soup bones to make hearty stews and broths.

Q: How much does the subscription cost?

A: The subscription is $197 per month. A $197 reservation fee is required upfront to secure your spot (reserve now as spots are expected to fill quickly). Starting July 2025, your subscription will automatically bill to your credit card or bank account each month before delivery or pick up. The reservation fee will be applied to your 12th month (June 2026). This helps cover USDA inspection, butchering, and farm costs while providing you with premium meat month after month.

Q: How long does the subscription last?

A: The Beef CSA Subscription runs for 12 months, with the option to cancel with 30 days' notice (cancellations forfeit the $197 reservation fee, normally applied to the final month). You?ll enjoy a steady supply of premium beef from our farm.

Q: When do I receive my beef?

A: Monthly deliveries start in July 2025, with specific dates to be announced. Farm pickup is also available?make it a family outing and visit the animals with me or time your pick up to a farm event! You?ll always know when to expect your next CSA meat bundle.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Simply fill out the fields below, and submit your $197 reservation fee to lock in your spot. Since we?re limiting the number of subscriptions in 2025 due to freezer space and stock limitations, please sign up as soon as you can. Once you are signed up we will send you information on automatic payments

Q: What if I want to buy extra items like soup bones, liver, or suet?

A: Soup bones, liver, suet, and other specialty items will be available for separate purchase throughout the year. You can easily add them to your monthly order by reaching out to Leah.
