Provisions Mushroom Farm cultivates fresh, gourmet mushrooms. Varieties include, Oyster, Shiitake, Pioppino, and Lions Mane. Season permitting, wild Chanterelles and Lobster mushrooms are also provided.
Our cultivated mushrooms are grown on organic substrates. The mushrooms you will receive have been grown and harvested with the up most respect of people and planet. We strive to be as ecologically-friendly as possible, while delivering the highest quality mushrooms to you, our shareholders.
