We raise Midget White heritage turkeys, bred and hatched on the farm. These turkeys are about half the size of regular turkeys. Males dress out around 10-12 pounds and females are 6-8 pounds.
Our turkeys free-range on pasture during the day and roost at night in a protective enclosure. The grass and bugs contribute to the birds' health and the taste of their meat. Midget Whites won the taste-testing contest of the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy.
