Growing Heart Farm is an incubator farm in the Harlem Valley of New York specializing in year-round, nutrient dense greens and diversified vegetables for CSA and farmers' market. We grow on 2.5 acres at hand-scale with the help of two passively heated high-tunnels and a small walk-behind tractor, without using any chemicals or petroleum-based fertilizers. Our goal is to sustain and build the health of the soil by growing nutritious food following organic, regenerative methods.
