Gypsy House Provisions

Gypsy House Provisions specializes in gourmet "canned goods" such as apple butter and chutney. All of my products are made with real food and high-quality ingredients. I use local Pennsylvania produce in all of my items and organic whenever possible. Gypsy House products are sold in select specialty stores in the Pittsburgh area, I also frequent local farmer's markets throughout the season. I firmly believe in living a lifestyle of self-sufficiency; it's a constant work in progress and all about learning. I picked up on preserving food at a young age, and as an adult realize that provisions are a necessity, so why not make them enjoyable. Fresh is always best, so when there is "lemon juice" on the ingredient list, you know I juiced the lemons. I use Vietnamese Cinnamon in all of my Apple Butters. Cloves? Grind them by hand. Ginger? Yep, chopped it. Gypsy House products are artisanal and all of the recipes are my own modern twists on the old-timey ideas. Enjoy!
