Hammond Honey Farm

Dave Lambert started beekeeping in 2009 after observing honey bees in the backyard of a house in St. Paul Minnesota. Since he was living on a hobby farm in Hammond Wisconsin he figured "why not me too?" So that winter Dave took a beekeeping class and joined the St. Croix Valley Beekeepers Association where he met a lot of other bee keepers with the same passion. Many of the other beekeepers have been tending bees for 20, 30 even 40 years. Since he began beekeeping in 2009, Dave has developed a great respect for the honey bees and a burning passion to help protect the honey bee population. This passion and commitment is shared by his great mentors and all of the other members in the area.
