Today my children work our patch of land with their 4-H and FFA programs with my support. We have a small hobby farm. We have happy hens, ducks, chickens, seramas, New Zealand white rabbits, a variety of other pets and a very special pair of mated, critically endangered, prize-winning Gray Saddleback Pomeranian Geese. We usually have chicken eggs for sale and sometimes duck eggs. Spring through fall we usually have baby meat rabbits for sale (New Zealand whites). Sometimes we have meat rabbits for breeding for sale for your own homestead. I have an ongoing waiting list for the rare goslings which goes out at least two or three years. The reason I do this is because of my deep connection to the earth and animals in my care and to pass this loving attitude on to my children. My goal for our farm is to have our animals be happy and healthy and treated with the utmost care. If I can share eggs, meat or animals with others who share our love, this makes me happy, too.
