Harper's Country Meats, LLC

Harper's Country Meats, LLC is a small scale PA state inspected Custom Meat Processing facility. We do custom processing of beef, pork, lamb, goat and game. We cater to the end consumer who wants to know where and how the meats they eat are raised and processed. Local farmers who raise and sell live animals to local consumers are our main customers. We also sell some animals or a share in an animal to non-farmers. These are either animals we raise or are raised by farmers we personally do business with. Our customers value and use sustainable farming practices. Beef are usually sold by the half or quarter, hogs by the whole or half and lamb and goat by the whole animal. Carcasses are dry aged in a walk-in cooler then cut and packaged according to the order sheet the customer has filled out. All meats are vacuum sealed and frozen directly after they are cut to insure the highest quality product available. No water, ice, colorings or additives are added to these meats. Packages are stamped NOT FOR SALE and intended for the end consumer.
