Harris Legacy is a small Whatcom County family farm raising pastured heritage pork, specializing in the rare mangalitsa breed. Mangalitsa is a unique heritage variety that produces richly marbled, flavorful pork with a trademark deep red color. It is becoming a prized ingredient on gourmet menus around the United States, as more and more foodies recognize its incredible juiciness and flavor. At Harris Legacy Farms, we offer pre-packaged cuts of mangalitsa pork as well as whole hogs and live piglets. All pigs are raised on pasture and locally-sourced grain.
