Hartman's Butcher Shop

We are a family owned meat market/butcher shop located off of route 309 in New Tripoli, PA. We feature custom slaughtering as well as a meat market where we sell various grain fed beef and pork from local farmers. Some of our featured products are PA dutch inspired, Home smoked Bacon, Sausages, Homemade hot dogs, Summer Sausage, Homemade Beef sticks, Landjagers along with much more. We also sell 1/2 and whole hogs, as well as quaters and halves of steers that are freezer wrapped and frozen ready to go in your freezer. Our Homemade Hillbilly Jerky has won national awards at the American Assocation of Meat Processors convention (AAMP) for 3 years running, and also has won state awards at the Pennsylvania Assocation of Meat Processors (PAMP) convention.
