Our focus is on sustainability and diversity, offering a wide selection of seedlings for home gardeners. All plants are greenhouse grown on a human scale using soil, seeds, and soil amendments that are appropriate for good, clean agriculture, and conform to organic standards. I am committed to supporting a sustainable agricultural system - one where our input augments and benefits the continuance of natural cycles and where we are locally connected to the sources of our food.
Again this year peacetree has over 300 varieties of plants....many heirloom tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cole crops, salad and braising greens, artichokes, cardoons; culinary (and a few medicinal) herbs; and native and cultivated flowers, including many which attract butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects.
In order to grow so many different types, I encourage people to mix up 6-packs with several different varieties, for diversity in your garden and excitement for your tastebuds!
