Harvest Ridge Organics

We are local fifth generation farmers, growing our rain-fed grains here in the Banana Belt of north Idaho and selling local grain products to local people. Harvest Ridge Organics is certified organic by the Idaho State Dept. of Agriculture and a member of Idaho Preferred. We have a small mill and make delicious, nutritious flour from hard red wheat for breads and rolls, soft white wheat, for pie crusts, pastries, and cookies, Semolina and durum flour for pasta and noodles from Durum wheat as well as rolled oats for cereal, granola, and cookies. At this time, Harvest Ridge is the only certified organic grain producer in North Idaho and we can show you what field each of our products are produced because don't you really want to know where your food comes from?
