Havurah Farm

Havurah Farm is family owned and operated, located less than a mile east of Springfield, Oregon. We breed a small flock of Katahdin sheep for meat and maintain an ODA licensed poultry processing facility that utilizes hand slaughter and evisceration methods. Our desire is to build relationships and community through cooperative enterprises and to provide real food to people who care about what they eat.
