Hay Family Farms

Hay Family Farms offers a fun-filled day for the whole family. Come cut your own fresh Christmas tree and make memories with your family for a lifetime. Owners John and Laurie Hay make a personal effort to meet each visitor to the farm. It is our goal that every person that comes to Hay Family Farms leaves with a great memory and it is our hope that spending time on the farm will become one of your family traditions. The family-owned and operated Milnes Road Christmas tree farm is the only choose-n-cut farm in Modesto. Four varieties of trees are available (Monterey Pine, Giant Sequoia, Cedar, and Leyland) and all trees on the farm are priced the same, regardless of height. Delicious, juicy pomegranates are available yearly for purchase. In addition, we have a juice/wine press available for rent if you would like to juice your pomegranates on site. Other delicious seasonal fruits and vegetables are available as well. Please contact us for details. We have several places throughout Hay Family Farms where you and your family can take photos. There is no cost for you to take family photos when you come for a seasonal event on the farm. If you are interested in having professional photos taken, please let us know and we can arrange for you to have a private photo shoot for a nominal fee.
