CSA: Hazelfield Farm

Hazelfield Farm is a small family farm dedicated to providing gourmet produce using all-natural, sustainable practices. We have over 18 years experience in farming vegetables, herbs and grains, and over 15 years in CSA operations. We offer a 20 week summer CSA and a 10 week Fall/Winter CSA. Here at Hazelfield Farm we grow mostly heirloom or heritage varieties of vegetables and also many dry goods such as whole wheat flour, cornmeal, oats, popcorn and beans. Deliveries are made to the Hyde Park Farmers' market in Cincinnati, OH and to Frankfort, KY. Everything we grow is produced, harvest and processed by us on our farm!
