Healthy Culinary Creations LLC provides personal chef services, catering, holistic nutrition advice, cooking classes, demonstrations, and lectures, using produce and products from local farms. The style of cooking is seasonal, fresh, progressive. Our mission is to help people achieve optimal health and well being utilizing the power of real, whole, natural, sustainable foods. Services are customized to the individual needs of each client and are supported by the belief that our food choices makes the difference in how we feel, look, live, and the quality and source of our food greatly impact every aspect of our health, society, world and its inhabitants. Clients include individuals, schools, home schools, farms, medical and wellness centers, community centers, places of worship, holistic retreats. Farms consistently bought from and supported include Hilltop Hanover Farm, Hemlock Hill Farm, Kitchawan Farm, and other NY farms through the Raw Life Food Co-op such as Lucky Dog, Makristo, Hepworth, Evans, Maple Hill, Breezy Maple, Ryder Farm, Millers Crossing, Amos Miller, Lewis Waite, Neighborly, Hawthorne, as well as farmers who participate at Community Markets' Farmers Markets in Westchester.
