The CSA will last 6 months: October, November, December, January, February, and March.
You will find at least 3 potato varieties in each month's CSA box.
As you consider how many potatoes you will eat this fall and winter, keep in mind the average person eats 120 pounds of potatoes per year.
Although it is difficult to recommend quantities, 1.5 pounds of potatoes will usually serve 4 people.
Shipped orders will be sent via USPS priority mail.
We will make sure you receive your potatoes in time to enjoy them during the holidays.
Recipe suggestions will be included for each unique potato.
