Heavy Dirt Farm

Founded in 2012, heavy dirt farm is home to a brand new residential community, a few sheep and pigs, lots of chickens, an orchard, herb gardens, and a small vegetable farm. We plant, grow, and harvest your food without using chemical sprays or heavy machinery, and plan to offer a diverse array of high-quality seasonal produce at an affordable price. As a group, we are exploring the interaction between farm and community: to reduce waste, educate, and cultivate healthy soils while growing healthy food.
