7 Fat Cows Farm

7 Fat Cows Farm is dedicated to providing healthy sustainable meat for our family, friends, and those looking to improve their health one delicious bite at a time. We are a small scale farm with big dreams of improving the land while also maximizing efficiency. Here at 7FCF we follow a strict management intensive grazing program in an effort to provide the highest quality pork and beef possible. We are currently raising Brangus cattle which is a breed highly adapted for the Texas heat. They are a hardy animal exhibiting the best traits of Brahman and Angus. Our pigs are mainly Red Wattle crosses either with Large Black or Berkshire. They are outdoorsy pigs that love to dig and play in the pastures. We also raise a limited amount of layers and Dwarf Nigerian goats for our own egg and milk needs.
