The Sanctuary Blueberry farm is a family owned, all-natural farm that uses organic and biodynamic practices (not certified) in caring for our 7300 blueberry plants. We planted our first blueberry bushes in 2014, added to them in the next few years, and opened to friends in 2017 and to the public in 2018. You'll love the parking close to the fields and you won't have to fight crowds to pick berries. Lots of open spaces and beautiful views, and it is a relaxing, enjoyable day with the family.

What makes us different?

1. We use no chemical weed control. Most blueberry farms use chemical herbicides between the rows to manage weeds. We do not. We weed all fields by hand.
2. We do not spray our plants with any pesticides. We feed our soil which grows hardy plants that can fight pests on their own.
3. We never use chemical fertilizers or sewage sludge on our plants. They are fertilized with natural fertilizers such as fish emulsion and molasses, providing high quality micro-nutrients that make the BEST and sweetest berries!

We treat you like family, and we'd love for you to come for a visit during our picking season, which is usually the last week of May to the first week of July.
