A Bounty of Good Fat
Pastured raised eggs and meats are lower in fat and calories but higher in key vitamins such as beta-carotene and Vitamin E. What's more they are a rich source of good fats such as omega-3 fatty acids and linoleic acid (CLA) nutrients which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and other debilitating conditions and pastured eggs alone can have up to 20 times more of the good fat than eggs from caged hens.
