Our pork and beef is all natural, with no antibiotics, growth promotants or hormones used. Our beef is a Charolais/Angus cross. The beef that we process gets fed hay that we raise ourselves and no spraying of insecticides or herbicides have been used on it. They also get fed a corn & bean meal feed mix. We raise both the corn and soybeans and use only conventional seed. NO GMO corn and bean seed whatsoever. We also extrude our beans to make our own bean meal so no nutrients are lost in that process. They also have grass available to them as well. So they pick and choose what they want through the day. Our hogs are the Berkshire breed.
Now the hogs get feed which consists of the corn, bean meal and a hog premix. We make sure that the premix has no medication in it. Only vitamins and minerals. So again they are not getting anything that is bad for them.

Our philosophy is that food should taste good but also be good for you.
