Rocky Meadow Farm

We are the fifth generation of our family to live on and farm our land. Throughout the decades this farm has produced and sold eggs, cream, pork, beef, wool, and lamb meat. Today we raise grass finished, naturally raised lamb, commercial pure bred Katahdin breeding stock and true Heritage Pasture Pork. Our Katahdin Hair Sheep flock consists of roughly 70 pure bred ewes and 4 registered Katahdin rams. Our pasture pork consists of registered Red Wattle, Big Black/Red Wattle cross and Berkshire/Red Wattle cross. This pork is delicious. It`s a deeper red and more well marbled than the industrial production pork you find in stores. Their diet of natural forages along with the characteristics of these old world breeds sets this pork apart in flavor and texture. Our lamb and pork is antibiotic free and contains no added hormones or any other growth promotive substances. Our animals are treated humanely and we enjoy seeing them live as naturally as possible.
