Our animals are never given steroids, artificial hormones, or routine antibiotics. The cows and sheep eat nothing but pasture and hay. The chickens and turkeys are rotated through fresh grass regularly and are fed only non-medicated feed.
Our beef we sell by the cut or side, lamb is by the side or whole. Chicken and turkey by the whole. Customers are always welcome to come to the farm to pick up an order, go on a tour, or even "inspect" how we're doing things.
