up to 17,000 sq ft total retail floor space, on three floors in historic 1890's orignal town high school later converted into a sewing factory. Plenty of off street parking. dedicated food court area. Vendors must submit receive avpproved marketing proposal to obtain space. Mission of Market is to provide as many quality local and regional goods as possible. Value added goods are encouraged, a limited number of qualifing artisans many be accepted, "crafty" and flea market items are disallowed. Vendors need not provide local or regional goods to be accepted but local and regional producers and resellers will have preferential weight in the review of their applicaitons. Market shall be managed and staffed during open hours by Market Master. Full Time attention to promotions, advertising and branding will give vendors added support in their endeavors.
