Hickey Family Farm

Hickey Family Farm, owned & operated by Josh & Kristen Hickey & their children is located in Steward, IL. Our hand fed cattle are fed pasture grass, hay & locally grown corn. We pride ourselves on a clean & healthy environment for our cattle. Our cattle are hormone free. Beef is available in 1/4, 1/2 or whole sizes. a 1/4 beef is approx. 200lbs hanging weight. You get to choose all your cuts of meat, burgers, steaks, roasts. Our beef is processed at a local processer plant. Your beef is available for pick up from processor. Our beef is available around July or August each year. So call us now for your order. 2013 beef will be ready mid-August but orders need to be placed before mid July. $200 Deposit required per order.
