Organically grown garlic. My name is Eric Hickey, otherwise known as the garlic man. My family and I are nestled in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. We started growing garlic. Many years ago and got our first music seed from a local gentleman who has been growing for over 30 years, after that I met another man that gave me beautiful, German White, and also has been growing it for about the same amount of years since then we have added Leningrad and Siberian we have been very selective in our planning seed stock and have had it all tested by Cornell University to assure that it is disease-free, so you may order with confidence knowing that you are getting the very best we grow organically, but are not certified we hope you enjoy being part of your family's venture and making us a regular part of your family's food supply and enjoy some great new york gourmet garlic.
