Highland Vista Farm
Highland Vista Farm is a 6 generation family farm located about 20 miles southwest of Iowa City offering pasture-raised Beef, Chicken, Eggs and Fresh Air Pork.

Farm products include:

* Summer Sausage * Bologna * Ribs * Beef Jerky * Snack sticks * Steaks
* Roasts * Ground Beef & Pork * Sausages * Wieners & Brats


Beginning in 2003, Steve began modeling Joel Salatin's methods and the entire farm is also certified organic . Cattle are pasture-raised and hogs and chickens are fed organically raised/ non-gmo feed.

Farm products are for sale to individuals, caterers and restaurants through a State inspected, On-Farm retail store.

Custom-processed meats are also available by pre-ordering in advance.

Highland Vista Farm was founded in 1875 by Steve's great-great grandfather. The original 1890's farmhouse, 1894 barn and many early 1900s outbuildings remain part of daily operations and provide a glimpse into Iowa's farming history.

HOURS:

Fridays (May - September) 4-9 pm.

Most Saturdays 10-4
