Since our CSA is brand new, we are very flexible in how this will work. You may choose an assortment of beef cuts up to 10 pounds per share. We ask that you help us maintain a balance over time of our steaks, roasts, and ground beef, but if you have a special occasion and need all of one cut for one months order we will be happy to accomodate you.
