Hey there!
HDF is a woman-run, first-generation family farm located in the heart of Medina's Amish Country. Originally established as an urban farm selling heirloom produce at Cleveland farmers markets in 2012.

Relaunching our farm after COVID, I grow microgreens, edible & dried flowers, & French Alpine Dairy goats. Read more about Honest Desires Farm on our website.

Our Products
Edible Flowers: Fresh, freeze-dried, and dehydrated edible flowers that are beautiful and often medicinal.

Everlasting Flowers: These are preserved flowers and made into beautiful botanical art. I can do custom orders and will be available for preserving flowers for others as well as dried flowers for weddings in 2024/2025.

Fresh Cut Flowers: Seasonally available at our farm stand.

Microgreens & Microgreen Kits: Microgreens are available in select locations and by order. Watch for farmers' market announcements in 2024. Microgreen Kits are available to ship.

Classes: I teach classes on botanical art & flower preservation. Monthly classes at The Makery and flower preservation and microgreen classes on the farm seasonally.

Visit back for more details soon on our 2024 season.
