Dr. Mark Gigliotti, along with his family, aim to provide the most holistic approach to both farming and feeding our community. Our hogs are raised for both flavor and nutrition. They're free to roam our 40 acre farm, rooting up nuts, berries, and grubs. This natural way of feeding enhances the meats flavor, plus improves the land itself. The hogs' nutrition is supplemented with farm grown vegetables, quality grain, and an occasional cheese puff or two.
Because Honey Rock Family Farm is veterinarian owned, you can be assured we're raising healthy hogs in a compassionate and stress free environment. We never use steroids or growth hormones.
