We are a small family farm that specializes in the creation of some very eclectic artisanal cheese. We utilize both goat and cow milk for a diverse selection of cheeses. We also bake wheat baguettes; make hummus, spanakopita, baklava, and a number of other Mediterranean delicacies. We grow garlic, offer fresh eggs, and raw honey.
