The Humble Butcher

We are a Texas Ranch Located 100 miles outside of Houston Texas. We noticed a break in the food chain during the current pandemic and needing a quality supply of food for my family. Knowing the quality of product I was seeking for my family i contacted several Ranchs and toured and selected the ranch we wanted to use. Bullard Cattle Co. 100% certified grass fed pasture raised, grass finished beef. These cattle never step hoof onto a cattle feed lot or a commerical slaughter house. Each steer is transported just 2 miles to the butcher and the animal is unstressed until it is processed. We offer several sized shares of a cow which can come monthly.
