Illiana Ag Alliance - Regional Local Food Hub

As a result of nearly 24 years of small farming and distributing local produce, an evolution into what is called a "Food Hub" has occurred. The business has undergone multiple names in the last few years, prior to settling on an appropriate one. The mission has remained the same:

Increasing revenue for small farms

To act as an intermediary between small farms and consumers

Encouraging and educating others on environmentally-friendly, sustainable farming

Providing incentive to shift to self-reliance in our local food supply

Working toward meeting the needs of our children, especially regarding healthy foods in schools
