We also offer classes and workshops, talks and presentations, cooking lessons and demos. We have some video production capabilities like mics and tripods, a projector and screen, and are looking to get more video equipment. You will be able to offer such events as well.
Also in the kitchen is a small mycology laboratory with a laminar flow hood, Autoclave, laboratory supplies, microscope, analytical equipment and much more.
Some of the equipment we have includes a huge 7’ long dehydrator, 40 gallon steam jacket of kettle, salad spinner, weight bagging machine, pressure cookers, pouch sealing machine, six top burner, turbofan oven, walk-in cooler, chest freezer, all pots and pans, all utensils, professional label printer, dry storage, autoclave, laminar flow hood, lab equipment, and much much more.
General hourly rate of $40/hr for kitchen or laboratory.
Consulting rates of $150/hr
We also have membership packages and weekly or monthly rates depending on your needs.
For classes or workshops we offer flat rate or percentage rates.
