We are the Inland Empire Fibershed established in 2015. Fibersheds are local/regional cooperatives of fiber raising farmers such as: sheep, alpaca, goats, rabbits, llama, cotton, hemp, silk. The fibershed principle is much like the locavore food movement: to obtain and process local products with local craftspeople while conserving heritage breeds and providing environmental conservation. We support our local farmers, FFA/4H students, and anyone who is interested in the fiber arts. We buy, sell, create with locally sourced fibers, natural dyes, and local craftspeople. We have regular meetups to explore our mutual interest in the fiber arts. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, and MeWe. Join us at fiberartistmarket.com to buy or sell your local products.
