The Iroquois White Corn Project at Ganondagan is overseen by the Friends of Ganondagan. We operate out of a renovated farm house at the Ganondagan State Historic Site near Victor, New York. Hundreds of years ago, this site was a vibrant center for Seneca people. Today, we are growing corn again in the fields. We are drying, processing, roasting, and grinding the corn that continues to be a staple food for many Native American peoples.
