Highland Grazing grows lamb sustainably on solar fields. Our lamb is 100% grass fed USA solar sourced. The sheep live a free range life on vast solar sites performing the vegetative maintenance, putting carbon back into the soil and reducing the environmental impact of mechanically mowing. Eating our lamb promotes a healthier environment and supports a small local business.
The sheep return to the ranch each winter and when individuals would like to purchase fresh meat. The property provides an area for onsite halal slaughter.
We have several breeds and the weight varies by time of year.
