As fourth and fifth generation in a farming family, we shifted the 'family focus' and embraced sustainable and organic farming methods. Currently, we produce pastured raised chickens, hops, and assorted produce. In 2015, we expect to expand our produce varieties and include eggs and pasture raised pork and lamb in our product line.
We strongly believe in field to table and in offering members of the community the opportunity to learn how their food is grown. We have several families that help in our fields in exchange for food baskets (the result of their labors!). We would happily extend this opportunity to others in the local area.
Our vision of sustainable food sources includes a dedication to educating consumers about how their food is grown. We encourage customers and potential customers to visit our farm and learn how their food is grown.
