We are among a handful of farms in this country that produce 100% grass fed & finished Wagyu "American Kobe" beef. We have been farming on the same piece of property since 1976 with most of our background in the dairy business. We welcome those who have interest in our grass-fed beef, the heritage Berkshire pork, cured pork hams, farm cured bacon, & artisans sausages.
We also raise free range, NON GMO chickens & turkeys. Our farm is in one of the last unspoiled areas of Central Florida, full of ancient oaks and lush grass, close to the Thoroughbred Horse Country of Ocala and the thriving retirement community of The Villages. We also offer our products weekly on SATURDAY From 9-11, for PICK-UP @ the farm for those orders placed in our ONLINE STORE by 5 PM on Fridays. Isn't it great to know your farmer and see how your food is grown!
