Jamie Bierman

Dedicated to raising clean, healthy, pastured meats, we serve eastern Iowa and western Illinois in meeting the nutritional need for high quality protein. Our farm includes grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chickens, pastured turkeys and lamb. Transparency is key to our customers as it is for us. Myself (Jamie), Cory and our three daughters are lifetime farmers dedicated to sustainable farming practices that include a healthy balance between the animals raised, the wildlife that accompanies them on the pasture and a synergistic balance of the microbiome and watersheds on the farms within our charge. We offer tours at points throughout the growing season, attend farmers markets, offer local drop point delivery and love educating anyone who will listen about the importance of regenerative ranching. We hire interns who are interested in learning skills related to direct marketing and regenerative ranch practices. We serve individuals, restaurants and CSA add-ons.
