Morgan, Rockefeller, Astor, Macy, Vanderbilt and Pulitzer, to today, the Hotel takes pleasure in pleasing guests with inspired cuisine and attentive service.
Our chefs take pride in offering guests the freshest local ingredients. They have teamed up with local farms including Sapelo Farms as well as the Georgia Buffalo Farm to create menu items for each season. In March we will be hosting our first ever Farm To Table Weekend bringing together over 20 Georgia Purveyors. This is sure to be a fun weekend filled with a Seafood Extravaganza outdoor Farm Dinner as well as the Georgia Market showcasing all the purveyors have to offer.
