We are currently offering 50- to 55-pound shares (1/8th of a steer) of sustainably-grown beef for $400. Each share will be about half ground meat, stew meat, flank steaks and about half higher end cuts such as center cut chops and steaks.
You'll receive your meat vacuum-packed and frozen* in a cooler, which we ask you to use when you pick up your next order. If you're interested in a half share, we'll take your name and help match you with another party.
Pick up locations will be coordinated in advance to be as convenient as possible for you.
