Johnny Creek Livestock is a small grower of Corriente Beef, a dual purpose breed used for sport and food consumption. This heritage breed is listed on the ark of taste registry of the slow food movement. These cattle are smaller in stature and known for being lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than conventional beef.
