Our grass-fed, grass-finished, rotationally grazed bison graze on 5,000 acres on the short grass prairie of the Great Plains. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or anything synthetic. We do not spray our pastures. They're raised with low-handling tactics and as free to roam as they can be. We run a low-density herd to ensure the bison get the best grass, and do not overgraze our pastures. Our meat is organic, without the expensive label.
