A working farm with an on-farm store and the Bees Knees Cafe! Great tasting meats and poultry! Our animals are lovingly raised in small groups without antibiotics or hormones on pastures without herbicides or pesticides. All grassfed beef, goat and lamb, heritage breed pastured pork, and pastured chicken, turkeys and eggs. Our award winning raw honey and honey related specialty products, such as nut toppings, honey chocolate truffles, beeswax candles and soaps Prepared foods, such as chili and soups as well as on-farm-made artisan sausages, and smoked meats. Gorgeous lambskins and fleece. Our farm store and cafe are open Saturday and Sunday year-round, with an extended schedule in the summer. Eat outside on our picnic tables with views of the Catskill Mountains or inside our 1820s farmhouse. Catering on farm and off.
