NIMAH Rocky Hill Ranch

Located three miles north of Granby is a rocky hill where it all takes place. NIMAH Rocky Hill Ranch has been established since 2010 by it's owner, Aaron Miller. Aaron takes great care in raising his small herd to be healthy, gentle, and provide quality beef. Aaron owns two local feed stores that allows him to be in the know on what and when to feed and finish. His herd is mostly raised on fresh grass in the spring, summer, and fall. In the winter his herd is fed grass hay from his ranch or local pastures and supplemented with grain as needed to maintain a healthy stature in the cold winter months.

The water for the ranch is supplied mostly by an Aeromotor Windmill. This provides water to the livestock without the need of electricity. The ranch is laid out in paddocks and is setup for rotational grazing during the spring, summer, and fall.

When it's time for harvest Aaron has processors who work with him and provide custom cuts and packaging. Aaron likes a 45 day finish and a 21 day age to guarantee a quality beef.
