Ozark Bee Barn is a dedicated beekeeping operation committed to supporting local beekeepers and honey enthusiasts. We specialize in raising Caucasian bees, known for their gentle temperament, resilience in colder weather, and ability to produce consistent honey crops. Whether you're new to beekeeping or expanding your apiary, we're here to help you succeed with high-quality bees and reliable guidance.

Education and community involvement are at the heart of what we do. While we do not currently offer farm tours, we work closely with the Joplin Area Beekeepers Association to provide hands-on training and mentorship opportunities for aspiring beekeepers. Our open teaching apiary fosters a welcoming environment for learning, and we regularly host workshops on hive management, swarm recovery, and sustainable beekeeping practices.

In addition to offering live bees, we can order a wide range of beekeeping-related products, including hive equipment and protective gear. Although we don't stock much equipment on-site at this time, we're happy to help you find what you need. Our focus on locally adapted, hybrid Caucasian bees ensures that our stock thrives in the unique conditions of this region.
