Schedule and Location:
You will receive varied portions of beef depending on your needs and family size. You will pay half of the cost for your share with your order - which serves as a deposit - and the remaining is due on the day we take your beef to a local, Texas-certified processor. Then, you will take your freshly butchered meat from the processor straight to your familys freezer!
