Our pigs are a cross of berkshire, hereford, yorkshire, duroc and old spot. We like to call them a 'heinz 57' mix. Each of these breeds contained a quality that we wanted in our pigs and pork. Our pigs take about 8 months to go from birth to butcher, our goal is for them to reach a live weight of at least 300lbs and produce great tasting pork. All of our pigs are raised on pasture and feed. Their feed is made from locally sourced corn and soy bean meal that we grind on the farm to make our own custom blend.Our chickens are raised on pasture from the time they arrive from the hatchery, until they are 8-10 weeks old. They average about 4-6lbs.
We have fresh eggs available daily.
